Product Description

The Cylinder Control Module CCM 20 is a microprocessor based, galvanic isolated driver module. The CCM 20 consists of a 32 bit microprocessor modular controller mainly use to control the fuel injection in common rail diesel engines. The controller unit consists of 5 ID addresses, 2 speeds, 2 phases, 3 cylinder pressure, 3 knock, 4 standard analogue inputs, 1 differential analogue and 15 k-type thermocouples inputs, 4 standard digital inputs / outputs, 2 HSD high side driver outputs. The driver module provides 2 LSD spark digital and 6 PWM outputs. The controller unit communicates with other modules and controllers via the 2 CAN channel bus ports. Power supplies to the unit are in two parts and these are in duplicates. 24/110 V DC is for the driver and the controller power supplies are 24 V DC. Redundancy configurations could be realized using two or more modules. It is also design to provide full compatibility with old software versions.
