Product Description

The UNIC-flex control system on WinGD Dual Fuel engines is a modular system consisting of the following modules:, , CCM-20, Two Cylinder Control Modules per Cylinder for cylinder specific controls;, MCM-11, Main Control Module for speed control and external interfacing;, LDU-20, Local Display Unit (one at the local manoeuvring stand and one that can be located in e.g. ECR);, IOM-10, Input Output Module;, PULS CPS20.241 Power Supply Unit;, , UNIC-flex software for WinGD Dual Fuel engines has been updated for projects with SCR to include following new functions:, - Control of DF engines equipped with SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) system;, - Control of DF engines equipped with SPC (Steam production control) system;, - Control of engines equipped with integrated Gas Pressure Regulation (iGPR) system;, - Introduction of standard interface to add-on systems (HP SCR, LP SCR, SPC);, - Steam Boost Mode (SBM): Allows to raise the exhaust gas temperature in gas mode when the steam production requirements on board are high. The engine operator can manually request the advance of the opening timing of the exhaust valves on the SBM LDU page. The servo oil pressure is increased to guarantee reliable actuation of the exhaust valves.
