Product Description

"SM-H120-TS1" ,
A double door with one active leaf and one passive door leaf, and a transom leaf situated above them.
Door leaf thickness is 120 mm.
All three leaves are constructed from 3,0 mm steel sheets on both sides of an insulating core consisting of 114 mm thich Cerak wool (type: KCC BIO CERAKWOOL (1100); density: 96 kg/m3). All leaves are reinforced inside with 6 mm stiffeners.
Each door leaf is fitted with 3 hinges inside one common door frame. This door frame is made of 5 mm thick, profiled steel plates and is bolted to the bulkhead using M10x35 bolts with 250-300 mm spacing.
The gap is sealed with a ceramic or rubber packing. The door frame may also be welded to the bulkhead.A ø20 mm ceramic fibre frame bumper are fitted around the door leaves. A ø30 mm ceramic fibre door bumper are fitted around the door leaves.
The active and passive door leaves may be fitted with a 116 mm thick window (type: Contraflam marine H120) in a 2 mm thick metal fame. Window frame is insulated with 3 mm Cerak wool (type: KCC BIO CERAKWOOL (1100); density: 96 kg/m3).
