S100D - Double Sliding (H-120)

Product Description

S100D - Double Sliding (H-120),
is a double leaved sliding door assembly with one active and one passive (inactive) door leaf. Each door leaf is built of (from exposed side): 3 mm thick steel plate + 2 x 38 mm and 25 mm ceramic fibre insulation type FireMaster X-607 (density 128 kg/m3, manufactured by Thermal Ceramics) + 2 x 9 mm calcium silicate insulation boards type Supalux (density 875 kg/m3, manufactured by Promat) + 38 mm ceramic fibre insulation type FireMaster X-607 + 3 mm thick steel plate. The door leaves have also internal stiffening arrangement, edge protection, interlocking arrangement, etc.
Total door leaf thickness is 120 mm.
The 5 mm thick door frame may be welded or bolted (M12 bolts c/c 225 mm) to the bulkhead, incl. 3x30 mm Seal-Tek ceramic band.
Along the lower edge of the door leaf, and mounted to the sill, there is a U-shaped steel channel for the bottom rollers and guide bars.
The railing arrangement above the door, incl. brackets, rollers, etc. is protected with a 3 mm thick cover (track house), fixed to the head of the frame by welding.
Ø30 ceramic fibre gaskets are mounted along the sill and on the door leaves along the interlocking openings.
