SINGLE LEAF HINGED DOOR H120 CLASS

Product Description

"SINGLE LEAF HINGED DOOR H120 CLASS"
composed of door leafs made from 3 mm steel plates and with an insulation core of total 101 mm ceramic fibre "FM Plus blanket" of density 128 kg/m3 (manufactured by Morgan Thermal Cheramics UK Ltd) and total 18 mm calcium silicate insulation “Supalux” with density 875 kg/m3 applied in between. The insulation core is glued to the steel sheets.
Total thickness: 119 mm
Intumescent strips 2 x 20 mm is mounted all along the edges of the door leaf. The door is fitted with three hinges and three-point latch and toggle stops. The door and frame are fitted with a ceramic gasket named Silica-FIB. The door frame was constructed of 5 mm steel profiles. The door may be bolted or welded to the bulkhead (bolt spacing between 185-249 mm, see installation manual).
