H090DT - Double Hinged with Top Hatch (H60),
is a double leaved door with one active and one passive door leaf, with a hatch situated above them.
Hatch and door leaves are constructed from 4 mm thick steel sheets on both sides of an insulating core consisting of three layers of 38 mm calcium-magnesium-silicate insulation wool of type Firemaster 607 Blanket (density 128 kg/m3) and one layer of 9 mm calcium silicate insulation board of type Supalux (density 875 kg/m3)
Total door leaf thickness is 120 mm.
The door frame may be welded or bolted (M12 bolts c/c 240 mm) to the bulkhead. Each door leaf and the hatch are fitted with three steel hinges inside one common door frame. This door frame is made of 5 mm thick profiled steel plates.
Insulation rope gaskets of type Intumex 2x20 and SILICA-FIB Ø25-30 are used along the frame jambs, the head and the sill, as well as around the edges of door leaves and hatch. The lower edges of the door leaves and the upper edge of the door hatch are also fitted with Palusol expansion gaskets.
The active door leaf may be fitted with a 76 mm thick window type Pyrostop H-120 with a 3 mm thick metal press frame. The insulation materials used are Firemaster 607 Blanket and Supalux (as above), and sealed with Brannsikker Fugemasse Grå B1 A90 and Sil-Tex Bånd 3x30 mm.
