Product Description
H100S - Single Hinged (H120),
is a single leaf door composed of door leaf made from 3 mm steel plates and with an insulating core of total 101 mm ceramic fibre insulation of type Firemaster X607 (density 128 kg/m3) and total 18 mm calcium silicate insulation of type Supalux (density 875 kg/m3) applied in between. The insulating core is glued to the steel sheets with adhesive of type Conlit Kleber.
Total door leaf thickness is 119 mm.
Intumescent strips of type Intumex 2 x 20 mm LFSK is mounted all along the edges of the door leaf. The door is fitted with four steel hinges, a three-point latch and toggle stops. The door and frame are fitted with a ceramic gasket of type Silica-FIB.
The door frame is constructed of 5 mm thick steel profiles. The door frame may be welded or bolted (M12 bolts c/c 185 -249 mm) to the bulkhead.
