Product Description

S100S - Single Sliding (H120),
is a single leaf sliding door constructed from 4 mm thick steel plates on both sides of an insulating core consisting of two layers of 38 mm mineral fibre insulation wool of type Firemaster 607 (density 128 kg/m3), one layer of 25 mm mineral fibre insulation wool of type Firemaster X607 (density 128 kg/m3) and two layers in the middle of total 10 mm calcium silicate insulation boards of type Supalux (density 875 kg/m3). The insulating core is glued to the steel plates with adhesive of type Conlit Kleber.
Total door leaf thickness is 130 mm.
The door frame may be welded or bolted (M12 bolts c/c 296 mm) to the bulkhead. The 4 mm thick door frame is insulated with Firemaster 607 (density 128 kg/m3), including insulation rope gaskets of type SILICA-FIB Ø25-30. The railing arrangement above the door, incl. brackets, rollers, etc. is protected with a 4/8 mm thick cover (track house), fixed to the head of the frame by welding.
