Product Description
“Warren CAT A-60 Deck Panel Assemblyâ€
An asymmetrical assembly composed of, seen from exposed side:
bent channels, insulation boards, hat channels, perforated plates, screws, ceramic tape and sealant. The
assembly is held together with welds, screws and ceramic tape and sealed with intumescent firestop
sealant between welds. Wall panels are welded to support channels on the unexposed side. The
insulation material is sandwiched in place by the perforated plates, hat channels are stuffed with
insulation to cover metal joints. Ceramic tape is used to prevent metal to metal contact.

- Perforated plate, 1/8 in. (0.32 mm) round holes, 3/16 in. (0.48mm) staggered, 20-ga (0.911
mm) 316L stainless steel
- Hat channels, 20-ga (0.911 mm) 316L stainless steel
- TEK screws ¼ in. Ø (0.64 mm) stainless steel
- Ceramic tape, GF08 produced by Gaskets, Inc. 2 and 4 in. (50 and 100 mm) wide with insulating
ability up to 2300 °F (1260 °C)
- Firestop sealant (caulking)
