Product Description
IFA Tech A60 bulkhead,
composed of a structural steel bulkhead insulated with one layers of 13 mm Insulfrax LT blankets (density 128 kg/m3), two layers of 2.1 mm Favuseal and one layer of 13 mm Insulfrax LT blankets (density 128 kg/m3). Stiffeners are filled with FyreWrap LT blanket (density 128 kg/m3). The second layer of Favuseal is installed staggered compared to first layer of Favuseal. The second layer of Insulfrax is installed staggered compared to first layer of Insulfrax.
Total insulation thickness: 30 mm (13+2.1+2.1+13)
The insulation are held in place using steel pins (Ø3 mm) welded to the bulkhead and friction-fit washers and a galvanized steel mesh. The pins are to be installed c-c 300 mm in vertical and horizontal spacing.
