Product Description
"A-Class partition wall W-100 L, non perforated with strips"
is composed of sandwich panels, consisting of Byucksan mineral boards of thickness 100 mm (140 kg/m3). The utmost 50 mm of both ends of the panel is insulated with 100 mm thick mineral boards by KCC Corporation (240 kg/m3). The mineral boards are covered with a 0.7 mm thick galvanized steel plate on both sides. The mineral boards and steel panels are glued together with adhesive by "DAI HAN POLYMER CO. LTD". The panels are joined together by means of galvanized steel strip plates on both sides. The strip plates are fixed to both adjacent panels with pop rivets (Ø 3.2 mm x 8 mm) each 100 mm and silicone sealant of type "DOW CORNING® Firestop 700". On the inside, the sandwich panels are connected to each other with a "H-shaped" steel profile with dimensions 35 mm x 45 mm x 1 mm (width x depth x thickness).
Total thickness of the panels is 100 mm.
