Product Description
“PFP ContraFlex Flexible Jacket J60/J120” Steel pipe configuration composed of a 4" schedule 40 steel pipe with a 8" schedule 40 steel pipe assembly in the middle (350 mm length). The 4" steel pipe is insulated with J60 jacket. The 8" steel pipe is insulated with J120 jacket with a ContraFlex IS layer underneath. J60 jacket is a 73 mm thick 9 layered jacket system. J120 Jacket is a 61 mm thick 6 layered jacket system. Contraflex IS is a 25 mm thick rockwool insulation with 0.5 mm gloss cloth on both sides. Both jacket systems are jointed with stainless steel anchors and 1.2 mm stainless steel lacing wires. The joint is covered with a 260 mm 3 layered flap.
