“ANCLOZ Jacket System” - pipes Steel pipe with outer diameter 219-500 mm and wall thickness 12.7 mm (Hp/A = 85 m-1) insulated with a multi-layer jacket system built up. Total thickness of the insulation system is approximately 57 mm. The jacket is fastened to the steel pipe with stainless steel bands each 150 mm along the pipe. A fabric is fitted with over the circumferential joint and fastened with two steel bands. In the longitudinal joint, the outer layer of the multi-layer construction has a 75 mm long overlap fastened with velcro. The product is manufactured at the premises of PT Besttech, Batam, Indonesia
