Product Description
“ANCLOZ Jacket System” - valves and flanges PFP Jacket System for protection of valves, flanges and actuators composed of a multi-layer construction built up. Total thickness of the insulation system is approximately 57 mm. The PFP Jacket System shape may be circular or rectangular. Fastening methods for rectangular shapes: Joints incorporate overlapping jacket layers secured by stainless steel band belts and bucklets each 200 mm along the joint. The overlapped joint may also be secured with stainless steel lacing and steel hooks. Fastening methods for circular shapes: The jacket is fastened to the circular section with stainless steel bands each 150 mm along the pipe. A fabric layer is fitted over the circumferential joint and fastened with two steel bands. In the longitudinal joint, the outer layer of the multi-layer construction has a 75 mm long overlap fastened with velcro. The product is manufactured at the premises of PT Besttech, Batam, Indonesia.
