ANCLOZ J30 and J60 Jet Fire Jacket System, Is a flexible fire jacket system for protection of steel pipe (outer diameter 219 mm and wall thickness 12.7 mm (Hp/A = 83 m-1)) insulated with a multi-layer jacket system built up
The J30 jet fire jacket system consist of an outer textile made from fibre glass cloth, stainless steel wire
mesh, aluminium foil, 25 mm thickness high temperature insulation wool (128 kg/m3) and inner textile
made from fibre glass cloth.
The J60 jet fire jacket system consist of an outer textile made from fibre glass cloth, stainless steel wire
mesh, aluminium foil, 25 mm thickness high temperature insulation wool (128 kg/m3), aluminium foil, 25
mm thickness high temperature insulation wool (128 kg/m3) and inner textile made from fibre glass cloth.
Total thickness of the jet fire jacket system is 29 mm for J30 and 54 mm for J60. The jacket is circular
with longitudinal l overlaps (50 mm) facing downward.
The jacket is fastened with D-ring buckets and quilt pins or with stainless steel wire and lacing anchors. Overlaps pieces are
fabricated and placed over joints to prevent the fire from penetrating through the jacket sections.
