“FR Casting”
are removable fireproof panels composed of 20 mm or 35 mm thick PEP (Passive Fire Protection) material manufacturer by Chartek 7 (epoxy intumescent material) and 0.8 mm thick stainless steel perforated mesh fitted in mid depth of PEP.
The panels are bolted with M12 steel bolts to the frame made of 4 x 50 x 50 mm (thickness x width x height) or 4 x 170 x 30 mm (thickness x width x height) ? profiles located on unexposed side. The frame is bolted to the steel “recirculation box”. The panel may be mounted with 50 mm air gap made of 150 mm wide shaped U-panel.
Maximum size of the PEP panel is 960 x 1420 mm (width x height)
