Jotachar JF750 and Ceramic Blanket - Bulkhead.

Product Description

Jotachar JF750 and ceramic blanket - Bulkhead: composed of a structural steel bulkhead insulated on the fire exposed side (plate side) with Jotachar JF750. On the non-fire side (stiffened side) the bulkhead is insulated with 25 mm thick Fiberfrax Durablanket (density 96 kg/m3) with aluminium foil facing. A layer of 400 mm strips of insulation is fitted over the stiffeners. The insulation is fixed by means of pins with nominal 300 mm spacing., , Minimum Dry Film Thickness (DFT) of Jotachar JF750 is to be 6.2 mm.
