SC-753 (B-15 Class Ceiling Panel)

Product Description

“SC-753 (B-15 Class Ceiling Panel)” composed of 25 mm thick mineral wool core, with nominal density of 80 kg/m3 (manufactured by Byucksan Co., Ltd.), covered with 0.55 mm thick steel sheets on exposed side. The panels are fixed to each other by means of tongue-and-groove joint and in addition to 1 mm thick main runners and by means of small self-tapping screws/pop-rivets Ø3.2 mm with spacing 300 mm. The shorter sides of the panels are connected by means of connection profile which is made of a 0.6 mm thick steel profiles with total width of 100 mm. The ceiling is connected to the steel deck by means of steel Ø8 mm hanger sets that are welded from one side to the deck and connected to main runners from another side. On top of the panels, a layer of 50 mm thick mineral with nominal density of 80 kg/m3 (manufactured by Byucksan Co., Ltd.), is placed. Total panel thickness: 25 mm + 50 mm
