Product Description
Class A-60 Deck "DQ-HYG/D-VI"
Composed of a 5 mm thick stiffened steel deck, insulated on stiffenered side (exposed side) with one layer of insulation core.
The insulation core on the surface of the steel plate consists of a 50 mm nominal thick layer HYG type high temperature resistent rock wool with a nominal density of 120 kg/m³.
The surface plate of stiffeners was insulated with one layer of rock wool with 40 mm in nominal thickness of same type and density.
The fire insulation is fixed with 3 mm in diameter welded steel pins (abt. 18 pins/m²) and 30 mm in diameter steel washers.
