Product Description

"SB-WA-H0H1"
is a hatch composed of a frame, a leaf with two hinges, three C grooves, sealing material and locking mechanism made of twenty bolts (Note. Bolt quantity may be changed as a hatch cover size).
The hatch leaf is made of a 16 mm thick steel plate on upper side and is reinforced with 10 mm thick stiffeners along and across the leaf with 10 mm thick longitudinal and transverse girders.
Gaskets of type HS-001 (Hye Seong) 32 mm x 68 mm and Twist rope (KCC Corporation)Ø40 mm of density 160 kg/m3 are used around the edges of hatch leaf.
The hatch frame 204 mm x 10 mm + 185 mm x 15 mm (L3) is welded to the steel deck.
Hatch depth is 166 mm.
