Product Description

“H-120 Fire Door MH120”
composed of single leaf door, constructed of 3 mm thick steel sheets on each side and insulated with
calcium silicone board, type YGB-W-0 of density 700 kg/m3, 20 mm thick on exposed side, 15 mm on
unexposed side and 40 mm thick ceramic wool type GLYB-00 of density 170 kg/m3 in the middle. Two
steel U profiles 18 x 40 x 18 x 2 mm were instaled inside door leaf for transverse strengthening.
The four hinges door leaf is fitted with three-point lock.
The door frame is made of steel L profiles 125 x 80 x 8 mm and it is bolted by 38 pieces M8 bolts to the
bulkhead. A fireproof expansion strips and ceramic wool ropes are installed around inner side of door
frame.
Total thickness of door is approx. 81 mm.
