Product Description

“H-30 Double Leaf Hinged Door, Type H-30 HH"
double leafed hinged door with doorblade composed of 2.0 mm steel sheets and an insulating core of 88
mm (2 x 25 mm + 38 mm) “FireMaster Marine Plus” of nominal density 96 kg/m3 (manufactured by
Morgan Advanced Materials). Door is reinforced inside along the top and lock side with flat steel which is
welded to the steel sheet c/c 450 mm and along the hinged side with L-profile spot welded to the edge.
Total doorblade thickness 84 mm.
The door frame is composed of 3 mm steel profile and may bolted, M8 x 30 c/c 150mm, or welded to the
bulkhead.
Each door leaf is fitted with four hinges.
The active door leaf is fitted with a three point lock, while the non active door leaf is fitted with two bolt
locks.
