JCP-L4 Type Class B-15 bulkhead (sound absorbing)
Product Description
"JCP-L4 type Class B-15 bulkhead" is assembled from 25mm thick wall panels having a rock wool core sandwiched between two 0.5mm thick galvanised steel sheets. For sound absorbing each panel surface was perforated on one side with 5mm diameter holes spaced 18mm apart. The perforations were on the side exposed to fire. The rock wool is affixed to the steel sheets with an adhesive of approved type. The panels are connected to each other by means of 28mm long wedged joints. The tenon on the leading edge of a panel, wedges into a U-shaped clamp on the receiving edge of the adjacent panel. The JCP-L4 type Class B-15 bulkhead was tested as a lining. The bulkhead panels were mounted in front of a steel structural bulkhead with an air gap of 100mm.
Insulation Material:
AZ -120 type rock wool of nominal density of 120 kg/m³ produced by the Jiangyin Anzhou Construction Material Co.,Ltd.
