JCP-L3 Type Class B-15 bulkhead

Product Description

"The JCP-L3 type Class B-15 bulkhead" is assembled from 25 mm thick wall panels having a rock wool core sandwiched between two 0.5mm thick galvanised steel sheets. The rock wool is affixed to the steel sheets with an adhesive of approved type. The panels are connected to each other by means of 28mm long wedged joints. The tenon on the leading edge of a panel, wedges into a U-shaped clamp on the receiving edge of the adjacent panel.
The JCP-L3 type Class B-15 bulkhead was tested as a lining. The bulkhead panels were mounted in front of a steel structural bulkhead with an air gap of 100mm.
The construction of the JCP-L3 type Class B-15 bulkhead shall be in accordance with the manufacturer's drawings Nos. HL-L3-03 and HL-L3-03-T1, HL-L3-03-T2, HL-L3-03-T3 and HL-L3-03-T2-01 which are attached to the test report.
Insulation Material:
AZ -120 type rock wool of nominal density of 120 kg/m³ produced by Jiangyin Anzhou Construction Material Co., Ltd. Total panel thickness: 25 mm.
