Product Description
"The JCP-B3 type Class B-15 bulkhead" is assembled from 50mm thick wall panels having a rock wool core sandwiched between two 0.5mm thick galvanised steel sheets. The rock wool is affixed to the steel sheets with an adhesive of approved type. The panels are connected to each other by means of 28mm long wedged joints. The tenon on the leading edge of a panel, wedges into a U-shaped clamp on the receiving edge of the adjacent panel.
The bulkhead was tested with the following two optional features:
The central panel was a sound absorbing panel with an air cavity of 500mm in width and 5mm in depth arranged centrally within the rock wool core over the full height of the panel. An adjacent panel had a cable channel of 50mm in width and 25mm in depth arranged centrally within the rock wool core over the full height of the panel.
