JCP-AL4 Class A-30 Light Structure Bulkhead
Product Description
The JCP-AL4 Class A-30 Light Structure Bulkhead consists of two compound rock wool plates, each 25 mm thick, and an air gap of 25 mm inbetween – in total 75 mm thick.
Construction:
Each compound rock wool plate consists of 0.6 mm thick galvanized steel plate + rock wool + 0.6 mm thick galvanized steel plate with sound-absorbing holes, 25 mm in total thickness. Adhesive was used for connection between the galvanized steel plate and rock wool. The plates are wedge jointed. After the assembly of one side of the plates a square steel pipe of 25 mm x 25 mm x 1.2 mm is to be arranged at the inner side of the enclosed frame to form the air gap before the second layer of plates are installed.
Material:
The insulation material used is AZ-120 type rock wool with a density of 120 kg/m³ and is produced by Jiangyin Anzhou Construction Material Co., Ltd. The adhesive used is HL-2002X type which was produced by the client itself.
