- Ceiling Panels without holes has 50mm thickness and contains PANEL BX-SPINTEX HP-353-150 DRA NAVAL Insulation material, density 150 kg/m3, faced on each side with 0.6mm galvanized steel sheets. , - Details of Ceiling Panels with Holes are as below., i) Opening for Downlight or Similar fitting Max. Dia 235mm and Max. Weight Of 3.7kg., ii) Opening for Square Lamp or other similar fitting Max. Hole of 565x565mm using 2 panels Max. Weight of 5kg., iii) Opening for rectangular Lamp or other similar fitting Max. Hole of 255x565mm using 1 panels Max. Weight of 3.7 kg., iv) Ceiling Material is Metal with mineral wool (The test specimen 60 mm thick Mineral Wool, density 74.1 kg/m3, covering the openings of the ceiling on the side exposed to fire and fixed to the panels of the ceiling by means of metal plates and rivets. The mineral wool panel may be used from PANEL BX-SPINTEX HP-353-150 DRA NAVAL Insulation material,, density 150 kg/m3). Also 60mm thick mineral wool covering the openings of the ceiling on the rear part or side unexposed to the fire.,
