Product Description
The Class A-60 bulkhead HLBA60(100Y) consists of a core steel plate with stiffeners. The bulkhead is insulated on the stiffeners side.
Construction:
The core steel plate is 4.5 mm thick and stiffened at interval of 600 mm. The stiffeners are of L63 x 63 x 6 mm angle steel.
Insulation:
The insulation material is THY-100 type rock wool. It is nominal 50 mm and 30 mm thick, has a nominal density of 100 kg/m³ and 1.9 % organic content.
The insulation material is applied on the surface of the stiffened side with one layer of 50 mm and on the stiffeners with one layers of 30 mm thick insulation. It is fixed with pins with a max. distance between the pins of 300 mm on the core steel plate and of max. 200 mm on stiffeners and rock wool seams. The pins are 3 mm in diameter and the securing washers are 30 mm in diameter, both made of steel.
