Product Description

“HL-T25DX-I Type Class B-0 Ceiling”
Ceiling is made of panels installed 450 mm (to the underside of ceiling) below an A-class deck. The panels are composed of 24.5 mm thick rock wool insulation of type THY-120 (manufactured by Tianjin Huali Thermal Insulation Building Material) with nominal density of 120 kg/m3 covered on exposed sides by 0,5 mm steel sheets. The steel plates are perforated with sound-absorbing holes with diameter of ø3 mm and with diagonal distance of c/c approx. 5 mm.
Total thickness of the ceiling is 25 mm.
The panels are fastened to each other by means of 5 ceiling hanging beams running transversely to the panels and 1 middle hanging beam connecting shorter edge of panels. Hangers are connecting the beams to the steel deck.
Maximum distance between hangers (along the beam): 1500 mm.
Maximum distance between beams (along the panel): 1200 mm.
Maximum distance from bulkhead to the nearest beam: 200 mm.
