Product Description
"JCP-B1-L" and "JCP-B3-L" Type Class B-15 Bulkheads composed of panels made of an aluminium honeycomb core covered on both sides with 3 mm thick inorganic fireproof boards and 0,5 mm thick steel sheets.
The insulation board is of type "YB" with a nominal density of 1000 kg/m³, manufactured by Suzhou Youlian Ship's Equipment Co., Ltd.
The honeycomb core (manufactured by Jiangsu Hailu) is of a hexagonal cellular shape with a depth of 43 mm, 13 mm long sides and with an aluminium foil thickness of 0,06 mm. Adhesive of approved type is used between the steel sheets, the inorganic fireproof boards and the aluminium honeycomb core.
Panel joints:
JCP-B1-L: The panels are fastened to each other by means of a U-shaped steel profile and clips. The clips are fitted to both sides of each panel by a steel angle. Further are the clips connected to the U-shaped steel profile.
JCP-B3-L: The panels are fastened to each other by means of wedges, with 28 mm deep wedge cuts.
Total thickness of a panel is 50 mm.
