Product Description

"JCP-C2-L" Type Class B-0 Ceiling is made of panels suspended 685 mm (to the underside of ceiling) below an A-class deck. The panels are made of an aluminium honeycomb core covered on both sides with 0,5 mm thick steel sheets. Total thickness of the ceiling is 25 mm.
The honeycomb core (manufactured by Jiangsu Hailu) is of a hexagonal cellular shape with a depth of 24 mm, 13 mm long sides and with an aluminium foil thickness of 0,06mm. Adhesive of approved type is used between the steel sheets and the aluminium honeycomb core.
On the longitudinal sides, the panels are fastened to each other by means of wedges, with 28 mm deep wedge cuts. The panel ends connect on the flanges of a fabricated inverted T-shaped profile running transversely to the panels.
For suspension to deck:
Beams consisting of two L-profiles are connected to the inverted T-profiles on the upper side of the ceiling. Hangers made of flat steel bars are connecting the inverted T-profiles to the steel deck, by welding in both ends.
Maximum distance between hangers (along the T-profiles): 600 mm.
Maximum distance between T-joints (maximum free span): 2400 mm.
Maximum size of panels: 600 x 2400 mm (width x length).
