Product Description

‘B-15 High noise reduction system (HNRS) tongue and groove double 24 mm panel’
Bulkhead composed of two jointed sandwich panels. Each sandwich panel is composed of a core of 20 mm mineral wool ‘ISOVER-BX-SPINEX 683-200 DRA NAVAL (manufactured by ISOVER – Saint Gobain with density 195 kg/m3) with a 0.7 mm galvanized steel sheet on each side. The galvanized steel sheets are glued to the core with an application rate of 200 g/m2.
Between the two sandwich panels a layer of 40 mm thickness ISOVER PI-156 DRA NAVAL (manufactured by ISOVER – Saint Gobain with density 22 kg/m3) is installed.
The joints of the panels are tongue and-groove and laminated on both sides. The two sandwich panels are joined by a 2 mm thick galvanized steel perimetral profile.
Sandwich panel thickness: 24 mm
Total bulkhead thickness: 82 mm
At the top edge, bottem edge and both sides of the panels of the panel perimeter profiles (2 mm thick – galvanized steel) are installed.
