‘B-0 tongue and groove 25 mm panel’
Bulkhead panel composed of 0.7 mm galvanized steel sheets (from exposed side), insulated with 24 mm ‘Rockwool SeaRox SL440’ (manufactured by Rockwool with density 178 kg/m3) glued to the surface of the panels with an application rate of 200 g/m2. The joints of the panels are tongue and-groove with rivets every 300 mm on one side of the joint on the exposed face, a total of 7 per joint.
At the upper, lower edge and both sides of the panel perimeter profiles (2mm thick - galvanized steel) are installed.
Total panel thickness: 25 mm.
