The ARCUSAFLEX coupling is a highly flexible coupling with axial plug-in facility, which establishes a torsionally soft connection between an internal combustion engine and a drive., The highly flexible torque transmission characteristic is achieved by a disc-shaped rubber element that is subjected to torsional thrust and enables both, absorption of torsional vibrations to a great extent and compensation of major misalignments., Material grades:, Coupling flange: G-AlZnSi10 8 up to Size: AC 10.2 and AC 8D, AC 9D, AC 10.2D,, EN-GJS-500-7 for Sizes AC 11, AC 11.9, AC 12, AC 11D and AC 12D., Hubs: C45N or S355J2G3N or 42CrMo4 , Rubber sleeves: EN-GJS-400-15 or C45N (min. yield strength 260 N/mm), Bolted flange: St 52-3 or C45N (min. yield strength 360 N/mm), Rubber Elements: natural/synthetic caoutchouc with "N" designation (Temperature Range -40C to +80C) or natural/synthetic caoutchouc with "T" designation (Temperature Range -25C to +100C) or silicon caoutchouc (Temperature Range -60C to +130C)
