Pipelock

Product Description

“Pipelock” (25/55/82/110)
Composed of a 100 mm long flanged phenolic sleeve having an intumescent graphite inside. The sleeve is fixed to the steel plate by self-tapping screws or use the metal plates to tack-welded. The joint between penetration and pipe to be sealed with Fire Stop Sealant 3000. The penetrations are uninsulated.
When used in bulkheads/decks:
For penetration models Pipelock 110 and Pipelock 82 intumescent material is to be made of two layers, total thickness 8 mm.
For penetration models Pipelock 55 and Pipelock 25 intumescent material is to be made of one layer, total thickness 4 mm.
For penetration models Pipelock 55 and Pipelock 110 additional edge, rockwool insulation with dimension 45 mm x 100 mm (T x W) should be applied from unexposed side. The same apply to any penetration model if the gap between the pipe and the coaming is greater than 30 mm.
