Product Description
The NV-6" Flow Shut-Off valve and control system have two distinct modes of operation: conventional flow shut-off mode and manual close mode. The valve is equipped with dual proximity switch position feedback and when the valve is closed, both proximity switches will indicate no signal. The valve is normally in the open position, and will automatically close when the flow rate reaches the flow shut-off rate, +/- 10%. This automatic closure is unidirectional. In case of a flow shut-off event, the valve will re-open when the cylinder pressure and accumulator pressure are equivalent.
