Product Description
"Class A-60 fire hatch cover"
consisting of a 16 mm outer hatch cover steel plate and 2 mm inner steel plate, insulated with 142 mm rock wool "ABM-SR" with density 150 kg/m3 manufactured by Shanghai ABM Rockwool Co., Ltd.
The hatch cover is internally stiffened with steel stiffeners.
The hatch cover plate is fixed with 2 hinges and 44 x M20 bolts to a steel coaming. The coaming is made of 90 x 35 mm base plate welded with 202 x 18 mm steel plate.
The hatch cover is flush with the deck.
A flame retardant graphite gasket (20 x 4 mm) is fitted between the hatch cover plate and coaming.
Total thickness of the hatch cover is 160 mm.
