Product Description

"SB-WA-A60H2"
is a single leaf, hinged, horizontally mounted, manual hatch composed of a hatch frame, a hatch leaf, two hinges, hand wheel, locking arrangement and sealing rope. The hatch leaf is made of a 20 mm thick steel plate with internal stiffening structure, 20 mm thick and 50 mm deep flat bar. It is insulated with 100 mm thick, mineral "Hi-wool" insulation with nominal density of 120 kg/m3 (manufactured by KCC Corporation Eonyang Plant, Korea), covered with a fibre reinforced aluminium foil and fixed with 3 mm pins (for pinning details, see drawing).
The frame is made of a stiffened T-shaped, 1335 mm high and 20 mm thick coaming, insulated with a 50 mm thick, mineral "Hi-wool" insulation with nominal density of 120 kg/m3 (manufactured by KCC Corporation Eonyang Plant, Korea). The frame is welded to the steel deck. A continuous 50 mm Cerak rope packing with nominal density of 160 kg/m3 is fitted between the hatch frame and hatch leaf. The hatch is fitted with central handwheel on both sides and 24 (7 on each side, 5 in the bottom, 5 at the top) closing latches connected to the handwheel by rods and guiding arms..
