Non-loaded deck, as detailed below, provides H-120 fire integrity rating when insulated with a minimum thickness of 6.1 mm of Chartek 7 installed on the exposed (exterior) face. A single layer of 25 mm thick aluminum foil faced mineral fiber batts (Firebatt 825 density 110Kg/m3) is to be installed on the interior (non-exposed face). Performance was demonstrated by testing as per IMO Resolution A.754(18) with hydrocarbon curve.
