Product Description

Crane control system for hydraulic and electro cranes depends on configuration with following main functions:
Motion limitation (Min max outreach, Slack wire, High hook, Anti-collision, Jack knife), Power limitation, Active rotation control, Active pendulation control, Twin, Team and K4 - Grab.
Safety system with software version 03.xx consisting of:
Joystick supervising, Low pressure hydraulic, Unloading crane at brake open, Change of motor displacement at high hydraulic pressure, Variable displacement on hydraulic motors, Overload, Stop limit, Over speed limit, External stop, Brake supervision and control, Limit monitoring of the isolation valves, Monitoring of simultaneous brake opening at main and whip, Monitoring of the contactor from the main electric motor and feed pump.
CC3000 Hardware consist of:
Control system cabinet (Rack)
- CT1/CT2 Cabinet contains up to 6 cards (2 CC and 4 MC)
- CT2 Cabinet contains up to 11 cards (2 CC and 9 MC)

- CC 1219355 - CC-card with 2MB flash memory
- CC 1247047 - CC-card with 4MB flash memory
- CC 400109758 - CC-card with 8MB flash and 16MB RAM memory
- MC 1219354 - MC-card with 2MB flash memory
- MC 1247046 - MC-card with 4MB flash memory
- MC 400109650 - MC-card with 8MB flash and 16MB RAM memory

- SC Supervising card
- IO interface card
- MC - Motion cards, one card for each motion as follows:
- LU luffing, controlling the jib
- HO hoisting, controlling the hoist and lowering
- SL slewing, controlling the rotation of crane
- AU auxiliary, typically the whip
- CL closing, typically closing bucket
- EC encored motions
- LL lift line, for moving the rider block
- TL tagline left, for moving the rider block
- TR tagline right, for moving the rider block
