A-60 Class Steel Hatch:, -. Clear opening size: 1200 mm (W) x 1200 mm (H) x 610 mm (C.H.) with a 10 mm steel plate (Material: SS400) on the outside followed by a three layers of 3 mm graphite plate and a 3 mm steel plate on the inner side., -. Insulation (Hi Wool): Nominal density of 110 kg/m3 and Nominal thickness of two layers of 25 mm., -. The 12 mm thick steel coaming is insulated inside with 50 mm thickness with Hi Wool (Nominal density of 120 kg/m3). The coaming is welded to the steel deck., -. Total hatch leaf thickness is 72 mm., -. The fire against 3 mm thick steel inner/insulation cover plate.
