WJ F60-VI Light Compound Fire Deck Covering Surface Material:, The product was WJ F60-VI type light compound fire deck covering surface material produced by Wuxi Jiuzhou Marine Deck Covering Co., Ltd. The product was 50mm nominal thick and nominal density <= 1000 kg/m3, <=0.1% in nominal organic content, which was mainly composed of cement, ceramsite and perlite., Specimen for non-combustibility test : A sample was randomly chosen. The sample was measured to be 50mm thick and density 912.8kg/m3 and 4.7% in moisture content., WJ F60-VI Class A-60 Light Compound Deck:, The deck structural core was 3020mm long x 2420mm wide. The core steel plate was 5mm thick, reinforced with stiffeners of L100x70x8mm. The insulation material used on specimen was the deck coverings of totally 40mm thick. The bottom covering was 30mm thick and nominal density <=675kg/m3, and the surface deck covering was 10mm thick and nominal density <=1000kg/m3. The stiffened core steel face of specimen was exposed to fire while the insulated and non-stiffened face was unexposed to fire. The bottom covering insulation of deck was WJ-2 type perlite cement covering of 30mm nominal thick and nominal density <=675kg/m3, <=0.1% in nominal organic content with test report No.FT16366. The surface covering of deck was WJ F60-VI type deck covering of 10mm nominal thick and nominal density <=1000kg/m3, <=0.1% in nominal organic content with test report No. FT16367., WJ-2 Type Perlite Cement Covering:, The product was WJ-2 type perlite cement covering produced by Wuxi Jiuzhou Marine Deck Covering Co., Ltd. The product was 50mm nominal thick and nominal density <= 675 kg/m3, <=0.1% in nominal organic content, which was mainly composed of cement and perlite., Specimen for non-combustibility test : A sample was randomly chosen. The sample was measured to be 50mm thick and density 678.6kg/m3 and 13.4% in moisture content., WJL-VII Type Leveling Deck Covering:, The product was WJL-VII type leveling deck covering produced by Wuxi Jiuzhou Marine Deck Covering Co., Ltd. The product in grey color was 5mm nominal thick and nominal density < 1800kg/m3, which was composed of component A (coagulation powder, an evenly grey powder mainly made of cement and quartz sand) and component C (milky liquid with slight smell, 0.09+-0.005 in solid content (%) and +-1 in PH value), Specimen for Surface Flammability Test: 5mm thick and density 1788.9kg/m3.
