Product Description
"U-FR-100"
is a single leaf hinged door with single handle opening. The door is composed of frame, one door blade, locking arrangements and sealing material. The door leaf is constructed of 6 mm thick steel panel and is reinforced by four horizontal FB stiffeners 40 x 12 mm.
Total door leaf thickness is 46 mm.
The door leaf is supported by two steel hinges and the leaf is closed to the door frame by means of 4 locking points and one door lock.
The door frame is made of 8 mm thick steel plate fixed to the bulkhead by means of welding. An intumescent strip of type "SEALBFIRE" by NEDYS with cross-section 30 x 2 mm is fitted along the whole perimeter between the leaf and frame.
The door may be fitted with a 10 mm thick window type "PYROCLEAR M60-003" manufactured by Pilkington.
