Product Description

The TR1224 Buoy allows for the loading / offloading of fluids such as stabilised crude and hydrocarbon fluids to and from of tankers with a wide range of sizes up to hawser loads indicated below. The buoy is equipped with 2x24 inch 300# piping system and a dual path product swivel., , The tanker is connected to the buoy via a hawser arrangement. The buoy body is connected to the turret with a roller bearing. This allows the buoy and tanker to rotate freely around the geostationary central turret. The deckhouse protects all equipment from the marine environment. , , Additionally the TR1224 buoy can be equipped with a hawser load monitoring system, a surge protection system and a hydraulic control system to operate subsea valves.
