The MAN 175D SCR LPH is a Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) After-Treatment System for reduction of NOx from diesel engine exhaust, designed for the MAN 175D IMO Tier III Four-stroke high-speed diesel engines., , The SCR System consists of:, - Urea mixing Unit (including thermal insulation), - Urea dosing device (urea filter, urea pump module, distributor block, urea injectors, 1-meter flexible hoses to connect each injector to the distributor block, wire harness), - SCR reactor (including thermal insulation), - SCR control unit including sensors (temperature, NOx, ambient, pressure), , Not included in scope of supply:, - Urea storage tank incl. urea level detection, - Urea hard piping, shut-off valves, drain tray below pump module and filter, - Thermomechanical compensation, - Elastic/shock mounts for supplied components
