Product Description

"SB-WTH-F3-IA60"
is a hinged hatch composed of a coaming, leaf, two hinges, locking arrangement and sealing materials.
The hatch leaf is made of a 16 mm thick steel plate on both upper side and underside of the hatch.
Total hatch thickness is 237 mm (excluding insulation, hinges and external latches).
The entire underside of the hatch, including the coaming is fitted with a 50 mm thick layer of class A-60 approved insulation. The insulation is fastened to the steel plate, stiffeners, coaming byØ3 mm steel pins and washers with 50 - 350 mm intervals. Pinning and insulation details are described in drawing SB-IWT-A60-TS-03.
The stiffened hatch coaming is made of 16 mm thick steel profiles welded to the steel deck. The coaming has a height so that the upper side of the hatch leaf extends 1300 mm above the steel deck.
One Ø50 mm fireproof cerak rope (produced by KCC Corporation) is fitted between the hatch and the hatch coaming.
