Product Description

“SB-WA-A0H1”
is a single leaf, hinged, vertically mounted, manual hatch composed of hatch frame, hatch leaf, two hinges, hand wheel, locking arrangement and sealing materials. The hatch leaf is made of a 12 mm thick steel plate with internal stiffening structure, 20mm thick and 100 mm deep flat bar.
The frame is made of a T-shaped, 150 mm deep and 20 mm thick, coaming. The frame is welded to the bulkhead. A continous 50 mm Cerak rope packing with nominal density of 160 kg/m3 is fitted between the hatch frame and hatch leaf. The hatch is fitted with central handwheel on both sides and 20 (5 on each side, 5 in the bottom, 5 at the top) closing latches connected to the handwheel by rods and guiding arms.
