First layer:
"Penguard Express"
composed of a two-component epoxy coating
- Mixing ratio 4 : 1 (Base : Curing Agent)
- Film thickness, dry: 2 x 125 ?m
- Film thickness, wet 2 x 170 ?m
- Spreading rate 5.9 m2/l
Second layer:
"Hardtop XPL"
composed of a two-component, high solid, semiflat aliphatic polyurethane topcoat
- Mixing ratio 10 : 1 (BASE Hardtop XPL : CURING AGENT Hardtop XP)
- Film thickness, dry 2 x 60 ?m
- Film thickness, wet 2 x 100 ?m
- Spreading rate 9.7 m2/l
Painting system total, dry film thickness is 370 ?m.
