NSB15-5 Fire door

Product Description

“NSB15-5 Fire door”
consisting of a single leaved hinged door assembly. The door leaf consists of 38 mm rock wool, density 150 kg/m3 (type ABM-SR by Shanghai New Type Building Material Rock Wool Factory), faced with 0.7 mm galvanized steel plates on both sides. The steel plates are glued to the insulation with adhesive HY92. Total door leaf thickness is 40 mm.
The door leaf may be fitted with a ventilation grid upper and lower, and escape louver (max. size 425 mm x 527 mm (w x h)) in the lower part of the door leaf. A calcium silicate board, type YGB-T-O, 10 mm thick is fitted around the ventilation grid. The door leaf is fixed to the door frame with 4 hinges.
The door frame consists of a 1.5 mm thick steel profile and fitted with a graphite fireproof strip in the inner side of the door frame. The door frame may be bolted (M8 bolts, CC 200) or welded to the bulkhead.
