Product Description

“NAVALIBER 3NB-15.2”
is a single leaf hinged door composed of an insulating core of two mineral wool types:
- 48 mm thick ‘PAROC MARINE FIRE SLAB’ (75 kg/m3 density) from Paroc Group Oy, distributed as three rectangular shapes with dimension 794 mm x 530 mm (W x H),
- 45 mm thick ‘PAROC MARINE SLAB’ (187 kg/m3 density) from Paroc Group Oy, placed all around the rectangular shapes, minimum 100 mm from every side.
The lining consists of two galvanized steel sheets with 1 mm thickness and are glued to the insulation core with a one-component polyurethane-based adhesive ‘ISOLEMFI 50128B’. To reinforce the door leaf, a chassis composed of galvanized steel sheet of 1.5 mm thickness is formed around the insulation materials. Contouring the insulation core, chassis and linings, an edge trim is fitted all around the external perimeter and is composed of a 0.8 mm thick galvanized steel plate.
The frame is insulated with 48 mm thick ‘Paroc Marine Fire Slab 100 – 150’ (density 147,9 kg/m3) from Paroc Group Oy and is bolted with type D7981 (Ø 4,4 mm x 32 mm) to the bulkhead with three fixations at each jamb and two fixations at each lintel. The cover of the frame is a 1.2 mm thick steel plate.
The door leaf is fitted with four stainless steel hinges and is bolted to leaf and frame by means of three screws.
A door viewer (peephole) ‘MIRILLA MOD. 5’ from AMIG (diameter of 26 mm on exposed side and 22 mm on non-exposed side) is located at half width of the leaf and 570 mm from the upper edge of the leaf and is composed of brass and glass.
Total door leaf thickness is 51 mm.
